A WORLD OF AESTHETIC PERCEPTION AND MEANING IN CENGİZ HAN


This article has been written in order to foresee the aesthetics admiration of Cenghis Khan, who is a historical character, under the light of his homeland, society, culture and belief styles. This study is a dissertation to find out Cenghis Khan’s aesthetics intention in his military and social life and what the world he perceives means in his mind and selectivity. The reason why I have studied on such a challenging subject is that there have been no studies on Cenghis Khan’s semantic world, his aesthetics or admiration. Undoubtly, existence of an aesthetics structure which forms Turk – Mogul culture cannot be denied. The style which I chose for this article is tto find out the concepts, images and objects from the character’s childhood onwards and to analyze these findings with psychosocial approach. Indeed, there are many difficulties in studying on such a subject for the first time. With the awareness of these difficulties, I intended to consider that the knowledge on Cenghis Khan’s aesthetics perception and semantic world or at least developing such empathy would make a scientific method.
